Project context
Welcome to the Moon is a Danish feature film premiering April 30, 2026 (dir. Aske Bang, Nectar Film). I handle foley and sound design on the film and build immersive Dolby Atmos sound images where detail, movement and spatial direction support the cinematic experience.
Challenge
Feature films in Dolby Atmos demand creative and technical rigor: the sound must work immersively in cinema and translate to stereo without losing impact. Deliverables (ADM BWF, stems, fold-down) must match distributor specifications.
Approach
Uses Atmos to place sound objects precisely in space. Bed layers carry the foundation while objects create focus and movement. Stereo fold-down verified throughout for consistency.
Result
Premiere: April 30, 2026. Julius Sylvest’s first feature in full Dolby Atmos format, demonstrating the studio’s capacity for immersive postproductions from start to delivery.
