Who handles your information?

Julius Sylvest is responsible for the information you send through this website. You can contact me through the project form.

When you use the form

The form collects your name, email address and the project brief you write, including any links or other details you include. The information is used to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration.

The information is processed to handle your request and any steps towards an agreement. It is not used for a newsletter.

Delivery and spam protection

Vercel hosts the website and the form’s server function. Resend delivers the message by email to my inbox. Vercel BotID and a hidden form field help limit automated spam.

Technical information about the request and browser may be processed to deliver the site, check for abuse and diagnose errors. The message is not stored in a separate project database on the website.

Analytics, preferences and external media

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for visitor statistics without analytics cookies. Language and player preferences may be stored locally in your browser.

Playing an embedded clip from a provider such as YouTube or Vimeo connects your browser to that provider. Its privacy policy applies to that processing.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries may remain in my inbox while we discuss or carry out a collaboration. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed, subject to retention requirements associated with an agreement.

You can request access, correction or deletion and object to processing by contacting me. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
